At the beginning of 2013 as the General Manager of Organisational Development for a mid-size financial services company I had a mandate to design a diversity and inclusion strategy that would align with the organisation’s business strategy and culture. After a rigorous Australiawide selection process, Fiona was selected as the project leader and in a compressed time frame was able to leverage her extensive experience in diversity and inclusion to deliver a blueprint for the organisation over the next three years. Fiona has a knowledgeable, practical and engaging style and I would have no hesitation recommending her to assist HR divisions, executives and board directors at whatever stage of the diversity and inclusion continuum that they find themselves or their organisations.
